ToManDay Method (ExtensionMethodsCQLinqDebtFormatter)

Gets a double number of man-days that represents duration. The number of man-days is computed from the project NDepend.TechnicalDebt.DebtSettings.NDepend.TechnicalDebt.DebtSettings.NumberOfWorkHourPerDay.
