AskUserForQueryDeletion Method
NDepend.CodeQuery Namespace > IController Interface : AskUserForQueryDeletion Method
The query to delete.
The window handle of the parent window that shows the dialog.
Determine if a ding is played when showing the dialog.
Ask the user through a dialog, if he really wishes to delete queryToDelete.
Syntax
bool AskUserForQueryDeletion( 
   IQuery queryToDelete,
   IntPtr ownerWindowHandle,
   SoundPlayerState soundPlayerState
)

Parameters

queryToDelete
The query to delete.
ownerWindowHandle
The window handle of the parent window that shows the dialog.
soundPlayerState
Determine if a ding is played when showing the dialog.

Return Value

true if the user wishes to delete the query, otherwise returns false.
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, 10, 8, 7and Linux, MacOS with net10.0, net9.0 or net8.0 installed
