ToMilliseconds(Double) Method

Gets a System.TimeSpan value, with total double number of milli-seconds equals to double value .

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.OverflowException	This exception is thrown if the expected time span is greater than System.TimeSpan.System.TimeSpan.MaxValue or lower than System.TimeSpan.System.TimeSpan.MinValue.
