IsValidPathVariableValue Method
NDepend.Path Namespace > PathHelpers Class : IsValidPathVariableValue Method
The string on which we test if it is a valid path variable value.
Returns true if pathVariableValue has less than 1024 characters and has no character in ForbiddenCharInPath. In such case pathVariableValue is a valid path variable name.
Syntax
[Extension()]
public static bool IsValidPathVariableValue( 
   string pathVariableValue
)

Parameters

pathVariableValue
The string on which we test if it is a valid path variable value.
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, 10, 8, 7 and Linux, MacOS with net8.0, net7.0 or net6.0 installed
