Issues to Fix Priority
Lists issues per increasing Debt Breaking Point: the duration from now when the cost of leaving the issue unfixed (Annual Interest) equals the fix effort (Debt). The shorter, the higher the fix ROI. Double-click an issue to edit its rule and see all its information.
Issues on new/refactored code since baseline often come first: they get a higher Annual Interest since new issues should be fixed first.
