The CQLinq code querying possibility is based on an open API proposed by NDepend and named NDepend.API. NDepend.API goes further than just code querying and ruling. It is also designed to create NDepend project, start programmatically NDepend analysis, generate on the fly and execute CQLinq rules or queries.
NDepend.PowerTools are a set of short open-source static analyzers based on NDepend.API.
They are packed into the Visual Studio solution $NDependInstallPath$\NDepend.PowerTools.SourceCode\NDepend.PowerTools.sln.
